FINISHES :  Traditional NC finish, French wax finish and painted finishing.
 
PRICE : F.O.B. Izmir Mas Port, Alsancak, Central Izmir, Turkey
 
DELIVERY : Within 60 days upon receiving 50% deposit
 
PAYMENT : 50% deposit in advance once order is submitted by customer.
The remaining balance of 50% must be paid at the time of shipment.
 
MINIMUM ORDER : a 20 feet container (no minimum pieces for each item)           

GUARANTEE : Replace or pay back for damaged item .

DELIVERY:If delivery place in area of Bodrum / Milas within 3 workdays with free delivery  or if delivery place outiside area of Bodrum / Milas within 10 workdays with delivery charge upon receiving 100% payment .
 
GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY: Replace or pay back for damaged item .
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:Whether a gift or a purchase,
if you are not happy with your TheArtOfBronzeLand product, you can exchange an unused and undamaged item within 30 days of purchase at any TheArtOfBronzeLand store.

* You can exchange the item for any other item with the same price.
* You can exchange the item for an item costing more, paying the difference.
* Remember to bring your original or gift receipt.
* TheArtOfBronzeLand Outlet merchandise can only be exchanged at a TheArtOfBronzeLand Outlet store.  
 
If the merchandise is defective:
Manufactured at the highest quality standards, TheArtOfBronzeLand products go through a strict quality control process.  However, if your TheArtOfBronzeLand item is defective, you may return it to TheArtOfBronzeLand store with your receipt.

If it is determined that the defect has been caused by faulty manufacturing, then

* we can repair the merchandise free of charge, or
* make an exchange, or
* issue a merchandise credit based on the price on the receipt.
